Rules and Regulation
1. The Competition is open to all amateur students of Indian Music and Dance.
2. Entry fee for each subject Rs.550.00. Once entered no withdrawal is permissible, including amount also.
3. a) All competitors are required to upload their Videos
(present performance, not stage performance) in YouTube only in unlisted or public mode and send the link to this email id chetlamurari123@gmail.com also mention Roll No, Name, Subject against each subject which he or she appear. Send Your Form and Videos within 1st September 2024. Private mode video will not be accepted.
3.b) All Vocal Competitors are requested to perform their performances along with Harmonium or Manual / Electronic Tanpura. You may use Tabla also. Marks will not be effected regarding using of Tabla or not. *But don't select any song without Taal*.
4. In one form candidate could fill up for one or in different subjects also.
5. AGE LIMIT FOR THE COMPETITORS -From 15 to 45 years - General Group
6. TABLA COMPETITORS ARE REQUESTED TO USE MANNUAL NAGMA OR ELECTRONIC NAGMA IN THEIR VIDEO......
7. In matters of judgments, the decision of the judges will be final & allotted time depends on the consideration of the judges.
8. a) All competitors are required to abide by the rules & regulations of the competition. Competitors are requested don't use or see any paper or Book at the time of performance.
8.b) Fill the Form properly by competitors or guardian. Incomplete form will be cancelled..
9. All competitors in classical subject will perform their own i.e. raga or ragini, there being no special ragas suggested by the organization for this year only.
10. Mementoes in each subject will be awarded to the successful candidate i.e, 1ST, 2ND, & 3RD Prize Holders.
11. Result of the competition will be published in our website on and from 03.10.2024
12. Marks obtained by any competitor may be communicated to the particular competitor if applied for in writing after the whole competition is over and after the result is declared.
13. Any of the prize winners recommended by the managing committee may be asked demonstrate in the conference or in annual program in future.
14. Emergent changes if any, will be duly announced well before the Competition.
15. Prizes and Certificates will be send by Courier to all successful competitors including those who secure minimum 60 % marks also, within 16.12.2024

17. For Membership - Competitors and their guardians may be enlisted as the members of the Chetla Murari Smriti Sangeet Sammilani by paying subscription of RS. 2,000/ - for the session.
18. Last Date of Submission Form & Video 1st September 2024.
19. Prize Money will be given to the total highest prizes holder in VOCAL and DANCE - Rs 3000/- and in INSTRUMENT - total Highest Marks Holder- Rs. 3500/-.
20. Regarding Prize Money: Rs 3500.00 as follows:
In Vocal & Dance section - those who participated in maximum subjects and secure highest positions will be adjudged as Best in VOCAL or DANCE section
and will be nominated for the Prize Money. Rs. 3500/-
In Instruments section - the highest marks holder in Instruments will be adjudged as Best in Instrument and will be nominated for the
Prize Money. Rs. 3500/- N.B. - In Instrument Section Sitar, Sarod, Violin & Santoor count as one Subject.
In Tabla section - the highest marks holder in Tabla will be adjudged as Best in Tabla and will be nominated for the Prize Money. Rs. 3500/-
